I made some wood letters for my parents, Josh, Jess, and Chase's parents for Christmas, so I thought I'd share my crafty flair.
I did the parents' letters the same way and my brother and sisters. I figured I wouldn't think too hard once I'd gotten started. I'm still happy the way they all turned out. And the present review from everyone was positive too!
Those are so cute! I especially love the Crane one because the mustard, gray, and polka-dots are my favorite. How did your Smith one turn out? You should post a pic of that one, too. Did your sister give you her Brother sewing machine? I thought you said you had a Singer?
ReplyDeleteNo, I have a brother, but my serger is a Singer, so I might've been a bit confused and swapped them.
ReplyDeleteI should take one of that. I love the Smith one, it was the first one I finished up, and has proudly been displayed.
Did you ever go back for any wood crafts yourself?
These turned out fabulously! As a veteran wood painter I approve!! :)
ReplyDeleteThat means a lot...when I left I was but the student, now I am the Master! :)
