Chicken Casa Time

Chase loves this recipe, it is most favorite, so I am passing it along so more husbands, families, dates, or whatever, can be as happy.

Chicken Casa

1 1/2 lbs skinned chicken parts (I like breasts)
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 c + 2 tbsp water
1/4 c ketchup
1 tbsp + 1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp curry powder

Sprinkle chicken evenly with onion salt and pepper. In medium non-stick skillet cook chicken (350 degrees), skinned side down, about 5 minutes or until browned; turn and repeat.
To prepare sauce combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl, turn skillet down and pour mixture over chicken, cover and cook (simmer) for about 45 minutes (or until chicken is tender).
Remove chicken to a serving platter and keep warm.
Bring sauce to a boil; cook stirring occasionally until mixture is reduced by about 3/4 cup.

Enjoy!
